Home Pricing Join Process Q&A

Questions

Asked often.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Email us or use your client login and we'll adjust your subscription; billing adjusts on your next invoice.

Are the prices really fixed?

Yes. The plan price plus any extras you choose. Prices shown exclude VAT; 20% UK VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Is Xero included?

Yes. Every plan includes a Xero subscription, held and paid for by us as a Xero partner practice, with the Xero plan matched to what your business needs. If you leave, we'll help transfer the subscription to you at Xero's standard pricing.

What happens to my price in future years?

Nothing silently. Your monthly price stays as it is unless we change our published pricing, which we review once a year. If your price will change, we email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

I'm joining partway through my accounting year. Are this year's accounts covered?

Yes — with one fair rule. Your subscription covers the months you're subscribed, so if you join with part of your accounting year already gone, we ask for a one-off catch-up fee for those months at your plan's monthly rate, confirmed before you pay anything. Then that year's accounts and tax return are fully included, as long as you're still subscribed when they're filed.

Is payroll included?

Payroll is an add-on on every plan at £35/mo +VAT per employee, so businesses without staff don't subsidise those with a team.

How do payments and cancellation work?

You pay by card through Stripe; the card is stored securely with Stripe and charged monthly. Cancel any time via the client login — your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and simply doesn't renew.

Who actually does the work?

TVNDEM is always your single point of contact and remains fully responsible for everything. Some bookkeeping and preparation may be carried out by carefully selected providers under our supervision and confidentiality agreements; every filing is made in the UK by UK-supervised agents.
