How it works
Here's exactly what happens after you subscribe — what we do, what we'll need from you, and when.

Two minutes
Pick a plan and pay by card through Stripe. Your exact monthly total including VAT is shown before you pay, and the subscription is monthly rolling: no contract term, no exit fees. Add-ons are confirmed and added right after signup.
Five minutes, once
A short onboarding form: company name and number, corporation tax UTR, VAT number if you have one, and who's on payroll. You'll never fill it in again.
Usually same day
Before any work begins, we verify the identity of the company's directors and owners. It's a legal requirement for every supervised accountancy firm — and it protects you, because it keeps your company's records from being tampered with. Done online in minutes.
Days 1–7
We register as your agent with HMRC, collect your Companies House authentication code, and — if you're moving from another accountant — write to them for professional clearance and your records. From here, the letters come to us.
Every month
Your books live in Xero — included in every plan, with bank feeds pulling transactions in automatically. You send anything else as it happens, and we keep the books current. Payroll and RTI go to HMRC on your pay dates, VAT returns are filed each quarter, and we chase anything missing well before a deadline.
As they fall due
We prepare your annual accounts and corporation tax return, send you a plain-English summary, and ask for your approval — nothing is submitted until a director signs it off. Then we file with Companies House and HMRC, and your confirmation statement goes in on time too.
Statements, invoices and receipts sent through promptly. Little and often beats a shoebox in March.
Accounts and returns need a director's sign-off before filing. We make it a two-minute job.
New employees, a change of address, VAT registration — tell us and the plan flexes with you.
Who does the work
Parts of the bookkeeping and accounts preparation may be carried out by carefully selected specialist providers working under our supervision and strict confidentiality agreements. Every filing made on your behalf is submitted in the UK by UK-supervised agents, and we remain fully responsible to you for all of it — whoever performs the work, TVNDEM is your single point of contact.
